Description
Seeking a Product Manager who will support multiple polymer and regulated productlines in CASPI, with responsibility for pricing and supply globally. This part of our business represents $200 Million in sales in the coatings, inks, personal care, and pharmaceutical excipients markets. The role involves interfacing with the industry and commercial teams in each region and with the supply chain and manufacturing partners for these products. This business provides an exciting growth trajectory that involves new product development and a unique value-in-use strategy.

Major job duties include:

Manage the Product lines:
Define and execute plans to support the Annual Business Plan and CSM
Establish annual gap plans to meet target (including stretch targets)
Lead cross-functional team to execute growth strategies
Optimize manufacturing assets and required infrastructure
Engage with Sales & Marketing, Technology, Pricing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Technology and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and to achieve goals
Analyze month end financial results against plan - forecast

Pricing Management:
Define and execute pricing strategies
Manage contract and incentive processes (including bids & quotes)
Execute price increases and decreases
Work with industry and commercial teams to build EVEs and Value-in-Use pricing targets for select applications.
Provide coaching and direction for pricing specialists and regional pricing staff
Manage price forecast processes
Provide market updates and engage with sales teams

Lead the Regulated Products Team (use in pharma excipients, food, and nutriceuticals):
Establish team key focus areas and KRAs
Manage the meetings (quarterly)
Follow up with team on major action items - initiatives
Share measures and KPIs as needed

Manage Sales & Operations Planning Process:
Work closely with Supply Chain on 5 key steps:
New opportunities - capacity
Demand planning
Supply planning
Financial review
Consensus plan
Ensure the plan is documented and communicated monthly
Ensure plans are managed in alignment with product strategies
Recommend process improvement steps to process performance

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required (disciplines of Science, Engineering, Finance or Business preferred)
MBA preferred but not required
Travel:

10% travel will be required for this position

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead and manage teams across a matrixed organization

Results-oriented and able to adapt and persevere in changing environments.
