Brief Description
Product Manager Senior - Responsible for establishing strategic direction for consumer deposit fee income. Forecast and monitor drivers of the fee income business.
Detailed Description
Establish the strategic direction for consumer deposit fee income.
Identify and set priorities for fee development/modifications, pricing, and positioning.
Manage deposit fee revenue and expenses to ensure targets are achieved.
Achieve aggressive growth targets on portfolio that has over 1MM households and generates over $400MM in annual revenue.
Forecast and monitor drivers of the fee income business.
Formulate and implement new criteria, initiatives, pricing, features, or system enhancements in order to increase retention, profit, or decrease cost.
Partner with key stakeholders from marketing, analytics, modeling, technology, collections, and risk in order to ensure mutual goals are achieved.
Directly or indirectly lead a diverse group of product and analytical professionals as well a technical staff.
Manage 3rd party vendor performance.
Bachelors Degree required
5+ years Retail Banking experience.
Other Traits, Characteristics and Experience:
Masters Degree preferred
Proven analytical ability (data mining, manipulation, forecasting)
Must have the appropriate financial management experience and analytical capability to translate hard data into strategic plans.
Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze situations and risks, determine paths of action, and execute flawlessly.
Experience in project planning and management, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Candid and concise communication skills.
Excellent executive-level presentation skills.
Must be savvy and passionate about driving results and innovation.
Outstanding leadership skills.
