· Process the start-up tools
· Trouble-shoot any production/processing problems
· Maintain the highest quality work to continuously insure customer satisfaction
· Control, leads & directs productivity, safety & quality through leadership and organization
· Supervise the safety of employees and operation of all equipment to prevent injury to personnel and/or damage to equipment and property
· Participate in the development of and enforces company policies & procedures
· Responsible for quality and productivity of all operations assigned through monitoring and tracking |
