Responsible for the quality, productivity efficiency, training, staffing, and scheduling of manufacturing on 1st or 2nd shift at Hydro-Gear. Responsible for enforcing company policies, safety guidelines and processes within the manufacturing shift at Hydro-Gear.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Determine staffing levels to meet production demands Responsible for hiring, training and evaluating operators Provides regular performance feedback Makes self available to staff Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer deadlines are met Prepare reports from supporting data for posting and / or presenting Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems Supports and explains reasoning for decisions Responsible for time and production records Ability to manage frequent schedule changes or unexpected events. Support and enforce all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines

Education And/Or Experience
BA/BS degree in related field and or 3 years manufacturing experience/training Supervisory experience preferred Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills |
