Plan, train, teach, and coach between direct labor employees who manufacture parts to support engine construction and aftermarket activities.
Required Skills •Excellent communication, problems solving and organizational skills
•Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Good working knowledge of Microsoft (Word and Excel) and experience with an ERP system
•Very good understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings
Required Experience •5 years minimum experience and a proven track record in a manufacturing environment
•Experience with welding and machining processes
