Mission : The San Francisco Program Manager is responsible to lead and grow Altran’s San Francisco office. This position will have oversight of engineering projects including budget, schedule and progress monitoring/reporting to internal and external stakeholders.


Profile : Responsibilities:

• Providing management and direction to the engineering delivery team

• Planning, scope definition, resource allocation and proposal development

• Maintaining client relationships and building new opportunities

• Delivery of technical presentations


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

• Professional Engineering Registration and PMP are preferred

• 10-15 plus years in the nuclear power industry, preferably in either a utility or consulting environment

• Digital Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) experience

• Ability to work well with management, clients, and the engineering delivery team.

• Some sales background, strong presentation skills and an articulate speaker.

• Ability to independently organize, plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of engineering projects.

• Solid oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to work in highly motivated team environment.

• Proficient in the use of basic PC-based computer systems (Microsoft Office, etc.).

• Willingness for travel.
