JOB SUMMARY:
Works closely with Product Manager and Business Unit Manager to support new project activities and product support activities within the Industrial Business Unit.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
• Prioritize and coordinate all related activities for releasing a new standard and custom product
?Oversee project progress by confirming completion of various depart ment release responsibilities.
?Identify opportunities and lead initiatives for lead-time reduction.
?Report progress and project status to necessary individuals
?Maintain accurate information that is readily accessible and meets all ISO documentation requirements
?Maintain records of new orders received, dollar volumes, performance, etc.
?Identify new product ideas and recurrent custom requirements and communicate these to the business unit
•Product line support for assigned product lines
? Coordination of activities for key accounts
?Coordination of technical requests
?Ensures product issues are resolved through coordination of internal actions across departments
?Product line reporting
?Margin analysis reporting for finance
?Sales reporting for marketing used for forecasting information
?Other reporting as required
?Product training support
?Coordination of customer critical requests
?Material content
?Managing customer critical database (IBU Related)
•Adheres to all safety regulations.
•Demonstrates support of Colder core values.
•Performs other job duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Required Job Qualifications:
•Skill in working with multiple departments to ensure project or process completion
•Skill in working with multiple and varying priorities
•Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel.
•Skill in communicating priorities, plans and information to employees throughout the organization
Required Education and/or Experience:
•Direct experience working with customers
Preferred Job Qualifications:
•Knowledge of the product life cycle processes
•Proficiency with MS Project.
•Project Management Experience
•Familiarity with CPC products and operations
Preferred Educationand/or Experience:
•Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business
•Experience utilizing SAP |
