At this facility, the Quality Control Technician is responsible to ensure the customer recieves a quality product that meets engineering design requirements and customer specifications. Duties will include testing of concrete and other materials, inspecting critical steps in the manufacturing process, verifying product conformance through dimensional and performance based testing. The QC Technician will collect data electronically and help distribute daily production reports.

Requirements
Must have at least one year of experience working with specifications and standards, inspection equipment, and verifying disposition of product. Additionally, have the ability to study and pass concrete related certifications. Quality assurance background in concrete manufacturing preferred but not required.
The successful candidate will be self motivated, leadership ability, good communication skills, and be able to proactively resolve issues across departments.
Must have the ability for climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions.
Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Good visual acuity. Ability to read and write and average proficiency in mathematics |
