We currently have an opening for a Quality Engineer with medical experience to support our medical component assembly. This is a hands on position that focuses on daily operations. The job description includes the following:
·Working with the Assembly and Inspection Department and interaction with Production and Toolroom Departments on production issues.
·Hands on approach to problem solving and training (use of microscopes, micrometers, comparators, smartscope).
·Manager of customer / supplier / internal issues.
·Completion of IQ-OQ-PQ's
Experience requirements include the following:
· Medical component / device quality experience
· ISO13485
· Internal auditing
· Understanding of SPC
· IQ-OQ-PQ's
· Supervision of people
· Interaction with customers
· Computer proficient (word and excel).
Requires a strong work ethic (typical day 7:30-6).
Fast paced (requires quick decisions and multi-tasking).
