| Job Description | Located in Tamarac, Florida, Interplex Sunbelt, Inc. (http://www.interplex.com/global/index/sunbelt) is a manufacturer of metal stampings and reel to reel insert molding as well as assembly of medical components. Interplex Sunbelt was established in 1980 and is part of Interplex Industries (http://www.interplex.com/interplex). We are TS16949, ISO13485 and ISO14001 registered.
As we continue to grow so do the opportunities within the organization. We are looking to strengthen and grow our quality organization looking for experienced quality personnel. We will assess a candidates fit for both the production side as well as systems.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of manufacturing experience in support of the automotive and / or medical industries. For consideration the candidate must have worked in our field - stamping, plating, molding, or assembly manufacturing operations.
Other things to consider when applying include the following:
Direct hands on involvement with TS 16949, ISO 13485, & ISO 14001 quality management standards.
Product knowledge
BS, with preference in Engineering
Demonstrated knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC / Statistical Analysis, RCA / CA, GD&T, IQOQPQ
Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt
Effective Organization, Prioritization, Time Management, & Project Management skills
Must be a self-starter with a strong drive for continuous improvement.
Must possess strong motivation & teambuilding skills.
Excellent oral / written communication skills.
