PRIMARY EMPLOYMENT OBJECTIVES
Function as the primary administrator of the centralized Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) system in support of all Revision Military facilities. Perform internal quality management system audits per the requirements of ISO9001. Additional responsibilities include documentation control administration, maintenance and tracking of internal / external audits as well as generation of weekly and monthly quality related reports.

SPECIFIC ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor the status of Corrective and Preventive Actions.
Maintain records associated Corrective and Preventive Actions.
Team member of corrective action steering committees.
Support teams assigned to Corrective and Preventive Actions to ensure investigations are completed in a timely effective manner.
Assist with internal audits of the Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO9001.
Maintain internal audit schedule.
Maintain detailed records of all internal and external audits.
Support continuous improvement efforts as both a team lead and team member as needed.
Participate in external audits to support auditors as needed and assist in the collection of information.
Support Quality Control and Manufacturing teams as needed.
Administration of calibration recall as needed.
Administration of documentation control system.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Travel to Revision facilities in Newport, Vt. and Montreal, Canada required (minimum of once per month)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Technical associates degree or equivalent work experience.
3+ years’ experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role.
3+ years’ experience in a ISO9001 (or similar Management System) registered quality management system.
Auditor training and experience at a minimum, Lead Auditor training and experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience dealing with outside regulatory agencies.
Strong computer skills including:
o MS Word
o MS Excel
o MS Access
o MS PowerPoint

ERP Experience preferred
