Establish, implement, maintain and deploy Akebono Brake Corporation systems, policies and practices in adherence to ISO / TS 16949 and Customer Specific Requirements.
Monitor and respond appropriately to changes in customer specific requirements, industry standards and similar, ensuring they are fully deployed throughout the organization.
Perform Internal Audits to ensure on-going conformance to Akebono Brake Corporation Policies and Procedures within the ISO / TS 16949 program.
Conduct and summarize information for management to review and act upon from special purpose audits. (e.g. New Launch/ Process Change, Corrective Action Verification, Process Audits, etc.,…)
Maintain systems designed to ensure efficient operation, communication and retreival in support of the Quality Management System.
Assist in the coordination and control and distribution of information through out Akebono Brake Corporation.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in related technical discipline
5+ years quality experience in related manufacturing environment
Passport - able to travel internationally
Trained Internal Auditor
In depth knowledge of ISO 9001 / TS 16949 Management Systems implementation and documentation techniques.
Capable utilizing standard and specialized software to arrange information in a clear and concise manner.
Familiar with OEM and Teir I quality expectations and requirements. |
