Job Description | The TD2 Nonclinical Operations Department assists biotechcompanies in preclinical validation of new therapeutics in oncology. TD2?s mission is to accelerate thedevelopment of promising cancer treatments and to get these much neededtherapeutics to patients.
Brief Description
The TD2 nonclinical research associate will be involved inmany aspects of the lab?s operations including tissue culture, cellproliferation assays, animal husbandry and in vivo experiments. Candidate should be able work in a deadlinedriven environment.
Detailed Description
Emphasis on rodent xenograft studies.
Maintain detailed laboratory notebook.
Collection and analysis of data.
Participates in weekly lab meetings by updating departmentof progress, results, and future studies.
Maintain lab equipment.
Perform general laboratory duties.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Maintain tissue cultures.
Researches literature related to the project.
Write technical reports.
Job Requirements
Bachelor?s degree.
Experience in rodent handling and procedures.
Experience in tissue culture techniques and other in vitro assay.
Experience in general laboratory techniques.
Periodic weekend shifts.
Highly organized.
Bachelor?s degree in a science-relatedfield required with two years direct animal research experience preferred.
