| Job Description | HumanZyme, Inc. is looking for a Junior/Senior research associate to participate in recombinant protein production of high value growth factors and cytokines.
Key duties:
Participate in continuous improvements efforts for process development, building quality system and ISO implementation.
Coordinate with internal regulatory affairs and quality functions to help facilitate proper documentation for batch records, SOPs and CoA.
Revising, writing and releasing new QC documents.
Protein quality control by performing robust biochemical assays to ensure protein quality, identity, function and integrity.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Required a BS degree in related field with 3-4 years industry experience, or MS degree in related with 2 years industry experience.
Passion for quality and flair for writing/revising of the quality documents.
Familiarity with Quality System concepts and requirements including cGMP and ISO9001:2008.
Must be proficient in MS office
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Working knowledge of cell culture, protein purification and/or cell based assays will be a distinct advantage. |
