We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual with 5 year?s experience, preferably in manufacturing B2B. Responsibilities include:
?Successfully sell machine tools and engineering services, reaching or exceeding assigned individual quota.
?Developing and maintaining a strong working knowledge of the Machine Tool Industry and all products and services sold.
?Maintaining a thorough knowledge of competitor products to ensure Hartwig is on the cutting edge of technology.
?Determining customers and prospects, needs and solutions. Determines Hartwig ability to provide a solution that meets their needs.
?Managing critical projects through installation and ensures customer satisfaction through initial run off?s. Ensures continued communications and up to date feedback to/from internal team to customers.
?Maintaining a strong teamwork relationship with all internal customers; Division sales teams, Service, Applications Engineering, Parts, and Training.

To join the Hartwig team, the ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:
?A Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
?A minimum of 2 years sales experience.
?Must have a strong mechanical/technical aptitude.
?Must have strong negotiation and persuasion skills and demonstrated problem solving and decision-making.
?Excellent interpersonal communication skills and customer relationship building.
?Experience in project management and time management.
?Experience and application of basic computer skills including sales software such as ACT, Word and Excel.
?Must have strong initiative, competitive nature and strong goal orientation.
?Must have excellent attention to detail.
?Must have a valid driver?s license and a good driving record with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
?Must have good credit history and ability to obtain and use personal credit card for business expense.
?Occasional travel required.
