Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Scientist to join our Product Development team to develop and refine new reagents and indications for the Prosigna™ Assay. This role will provide technical leadership and contribute as an individual researcher.

Requirements:
Ph.D. in molecular biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, or related field with a minimum of two years of relevant post-doctoral or work experience
- OR -
An M.S. with a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience
Detailed understanding of state-of-the-art molecular biology techniques
Extensive knowledge of nucleic acid manipulation and characterization techniques, especially Q-PCR or hybridization assays
Preferences for experience working in an ISO certified or QSR certified facility and experience developing products for the life sciences and/or molecular diagnostics industries
Familiarity with software tools used for the analysis of gene expression data

Strong analytical and organizational skills exemplified by clear oral presentations and written documentation
Ability to communicate complex information both verbally and in writing
