Senior Engineer- Automated Manufacturing

Innotec, a high-growth, unique and fully automated manufacturer of automotive, furniture and appliance components is selectively seeking an experienced, hands-on Engineer. In addition to these qualities we are looking for someone with the following characteristics and qualifications:


Demonstrated success with product or process innovations and improvement along with a perpetual drive toward learning

Desire to participate in multiple product and process innovations annually

Proven results towards continuous improvements and a consistent progression in roles and

Familiarity with many different aspects of the manufacturing process including launch, quoting, and price negotiation to provide increased value for the company in a simple and elegant manner

Ability and willingness to work up to 70% of time on the floor to help determine and correct issues, improve processes, and create or maintain successful programs

Proven self-directed Project Management skills while consistently hitting deadlines


Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably relating to automotive, furniture or appliance products

Bachelorís degree in engineering

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically coupled with strong decision making, problem solving and negotiating skills

Must be an independent self-starter

Ability to lead $2M-$10M projects through influence in nontraditional organizational team-based atmosphere

Demonstrated ability to analyze information and create change in a team setting

Ability and willingness to dig into issues and get your hands dirty to help determine and correct issues, improve processes or products and create and maintain successful programs
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
