Sustain daily production operations in Thin Film Process section. Responsibilities include: 1) continuous yield and quality improvement; 2) process development and improvement; 3) preventative actions; 4) identifying problems and providing solutions; 5) data analysis; 6) working with other departments to provide business solutions.
Required Skills
Position requires a Master’s Degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or Materials Science and two years of Thin Film Process engineering experience in semiconductor manufacturing facility, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or Materials Science and five years of Thin Film Process engineering experience in semiconductor manufacturing facility. Experience with any of the following tool platforms required: AMAT Centura, AMAT HDP, AMAT Endura, CVD TiN, NVLS, AMAT RTA. |
