Basic Job Function

Effectively support the implementation of the global launch plan for NADiA ProsVue. Provide market-based direction and cross-functional management skills to insure the development of successful follow-on products.

Responsibilities

• Product Positioning

• Communications Strategy and Implementation
o Corp and Product Branding
o Sales Collateral
o WebSite Development and Mgmt
o Social Media
o Advocacy Marketing

• Reimbursement Strategy and Implementation
o Drive private insurance coverage of novel assays

• Key Opinion Leader (KOL) development and management

• Sales Training
o Development and delivery of training materials

• Product Development
o Create and build business cases for product concepts
o Establish strategic product positioning
? Target Customers
? Pricing
? Key Features / Performance
o Create comprehensive marketing requirements documents
o Support the core team in the development, verification and validation of products
o Prepare all programs and conduct activities necessary to support successful launches the new products

• Conduct market research as necessary to support the needs and objectives of the division and product-line
o Market characterization
o Competitive analysis
o Customer needs
o Advisory Boards


Required Experience:
•Specific Skills / Knowledge / Experience
Required
Minimum of 2 yrs of combined mkt experience in the IVD / Laboratory Services Industry
Minimum of 5 yrs of combined sales/mkt experience
Familiarity with the oncology healthcare space: disease management issues and paradigms, therapy decision-making processes, relationships with select clinicians, etc.
Results Oriented
Experience working on cross-functional product development teams
Strong analytical skills, fast learner
Excellent written communication skills

Desired
Previous role in a sales or sales management position in the healthcare industry.
Knowledge of the clinical urology market.
Exceptional academic performance
Excellent creativity


Required Education:
BA/BS degree in biological science required, MBA preferred.
