| Job Description | Primary Job Responsibilities The Senior Product Manager will lead product initiatives as part of the PayPal Credit Product group. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for managing new product and integration opportunities for the International PayPal Credit Products. This individual will participate in and help drive all stages of an initiative’s life cycle, including: ideation, user experience and design, requirements / use case development, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support.
Job Requirements
Develop and prioritize a product roadmap based on timing and resource availability.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new products and features on time and on budget.
Estimate the expected financial impacts of new products or features to formulate business cases that justify the required investment in each initiative.
Create use cases and detailed product requirements documents to articulate desired product features and functionality to the user experience and technology teams.
Interact with development to support coding, testing, and release of products / features.
Collaborate closely with technical team and user-experience designers to ensure that the product solution meets business needs and the solution delivers according to the requirements.
Collaborate cross-organizationally with sales, marketing, customer support, operations, risk management, and other functional areas to manage all aspects of new product and service roll-outs.
Define and implement strategies for measuring and reporting adoption, usage and growth.
Monitor the growth of the supported initiatives and provide periodic updates on the business metrics to the organization.
Become the subject matter expert for the products and features owned and act as a product evangelist to build internal awareness across the organization.
Work closely with a team of marketing product managers to help formulate marking plans that work with currently available and future product features.
Conduct market and competitive research to identify new product and feature opportunities that can drive incremental usage and/or profit.
Gain deep understanding of customer experiences and preferences in an effort to crystallize value propositions of PayPal Credit products.
