This position will support the managed markets field force (Regional Account Managers / National Account Managers / Trade National Account Managers) and reimbursement support programs to optimize patient access to RSV Immunoprophylaxis.
Position:
*Lead tactical execution of logistical aspects of Synagis brand
*Marketing of logistical services and programs
*Creation of field based tools
*Serving as the marketing contact to the Managed Markets / Trade & Distribution field forces
*Managing brand operating expenses (OPEX)
*Creation and maintenance of brand websites (professional and consumer)
*Liaise with and manage vendors, partner agencies, etc. to ensure tactical and financial objectives are met
Requirements
Education:
*Bachelor of Arts or Science Required
*Master's of Business Administration Preferred
*At least 3 to 5 years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing experience is required.
*Pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience a plus
*Success working in a highly matrixed environment
*Success working on cross-functional teams
*Sr. Product Manager of Marketing capabilities include: teamwork/collaboration, problem solving, priority setting, project management, dealing with ambiguity, strong communication skills (written, verbal, PowerPoint presentation), and drive for results
