Position Summary:

The Senior Product Manager will lead strategic product management and marketing activities for Dysport. The emphasis is on strategic development, driving change and innovation, and executing on a level that benefits not only the product, but also the entire organization. Specifically, this SPM will communicate with support functions and field-based team members to gather strategic insight for the development of the Annual Strategic Plan of the product, along with successfully executing tactical initiatives to grow the Dysport business.

Essential duties & responsibilities:

Develop one year marketing plans, strategies and tactics for Dysport.

Contribute to development of 5-year strategic plan and forecasts

Contribute to the development and execution of market research studies.

Develop promotional programs tailored to key target audiences including prescribing clinicians, pharmacists, business managers and patients.

Perform competitive product and company analyses.

Prepare business case studies to provide assessment and recommendations regarding strategic lifecycle and commercial initiatives.

Create and implement sales collateral and patient education materials.

Lead marketing team interaction with Promotional Review Committee, ensure timely approval of all materials and programs.

Contribute to the development and execution of highly effective and motivational marketing presentations during sales meetings.

Measure marketing program ROI, adjust marketing mix as needed to achieve product goals

Strategically engage professional societies and patient advocacy groups.

Develop and manage productive relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.

Work closely with, Medical Affairs, Medical Science Liaisons (MSL), Payer Relations Managers (PRMs), Managed Markets Account Managers and Sales Team to develop and execute a coordinated, cross-functional plan for achieving company objectives across all aspects of the product plan. .

Work closely with the advertising agency and other appropriate vendors to conceptualize, develop, and execute all customer and patient facing education and promotional materials and programs.

Education, Experience & Training Required

Experience and Education (minimums)

Bachelors Degree, MBA is a plus

Pharmaceutical marketing (3 years minimum),

Specialty injectable pharmaceutical market experience is a must, experience with Buy and Bill products(s) a strong plus.

Experience designing, executing and applying all elements of Market Research (both Primary and Secondary), including design of research instruments, directing successful execution of focus groups/advisory boards and effectively interpreting and applying learnings to achieve business objectives.

Budget preparation and maintenance; Revenue forecasting

Preparing annual Marketing plans: market segmentation, positioning, pricing and core message development.

Development and execution of personal, non-personal and Internet based promotional strategies and programs

Working within an environment of strict compliance to all appropriate regulatory guidelines to successfully design and execute tactics, programs and tools that achieve business objectives
