Job Description:
We are searching for a highly motivated Senior Research Associate to work with our Protein Sciences team to produce high quality recombinant proteins including Probodies/antibodies for in vitro and in vivo studies, and to engage in cell line development and process development for candidate molecule's IND filing and clinical trials. The incumbent will be responsible for expression vector construction, cell culture, cell line development, large-scale protein production, and assay development for quality control and quality analysis.
Requirements:
This position requires a BS/MS in molecular biology/cell biology or a related discipline with relevant industrial experience. Excellent laboratory skills in PCR, cloning, cell culture, transfection, large scale production and analysis of monoclonal antibodies using mammalian expression systems are required. Candidates must be able to work independently as well as within multi-disciplinary project teams, and possess effective communication and organizational skills. |
