This position is responsible for serving as a principal investigator on internal corrosion related projects for the oil and gas energy sector. These projects would focus on (1) understanding internal corrosion processes and how they are a function of the concentration and particular combinations of various corrosive elements within a pipe, as well as of the operating conditions of a pipeline, to ensure pipeline integrity; and (2) developing or recommending innovative internal corrosion mitigation and control techniques. The work could include field test programs as well as laboratory bench scale test programs. The successful candidate will manage the technical aspects of their projects and to actively participate in lab-based project execution.

Required Experience
