Our product is a cloud-based staff scheduling and shift management software solution, designed for long-term care and senior living. You’d recognize our customers as retirement communities, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home health agencies, etc. We were named by the Northeast Ohio Software Association as the Best Emerging Technology Company for 2010 and finalist for Best Software Product in 2011, so the software is pretty cool.

Requirements:
3+ years of SaaS software experience in a customer interfacing position
Health care IT experience would be a plus
Experience dealing with Analysts would be a plus
Takes in the thoughts of the Customers, Sales, Development and Customer Support to determine product priorities
Responsible for the product roadmap
20% travel |
