Position Description
The Performance Solutions Product Manager is responsible for designing and setting up a marketing strategy ensuring growth and profitability for bioMérieux, by taking into account the various regulatory, legal constraints, linked to the market. This role will supervise the Service sales budget and the margin objectives by managing the Mix Marketing based on a strong knowledge of the Service offer and the market.

Responsibilities for this job applying in an international context and on a competitive and changing market, it is essential to have a short, mid and long-term world vision and to continuously listen to this market.

-This job stakes must combine, within a strict budgetary framework:

-A strategic marketing (Mix Service definition and management)

-An important field presence essential to market understanding & Service Guidelines implementation

-The commercial objectives realization at short and long term by managing the zones and the subs

-These responsibilities are being brought in a multicultural, multi-field and transversal context with the different professional skills of the Company, on different geographical areas and only under functional relations.

-Drive a customer service correspondents network in the subs and also in the GCS Knowledge Centers.

Required Skills/Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline and knowledge of lean laboratory workflow

-5-7 years Commercial and marketing experience in ""Professional Services"" field, must have operational experience

-Experience with ""Professional Services"" marketing tools and concepts.

-Sense of time and priorities management. Synthesis spirit.

-Ability to listen and to communicate. Anticipation skills.

-Able to convince, persuade, obtain an audience adhesion

-fluent in English ***
