Job Summary: Immediate opening for a Sr. Commercial General Liability and Auto Claims Rep within the Claims Department.
Essential Job Functions:
Investigates losses to determine cause, scope and extent of damages and/or liability and possible subrogation
Ability to determine coverage, review claims and make settlement recommendations
Ability to handle Bodily Injury and Property Damage claims under a Commercial General Liability Policy, Commercial Auto Policy and Businessowners Policy
Resolves all claims in compliance with Department of Insurance Fair Claims Handling Regulations
Qualifications: Ideal candidate will have seven years claims handling experience in a multi-line background with an emphasis on auto. Four year degree is preferred. Excellent written and verbal skills. |
