Soraa seeks a highly self-motivated individual for the design of state of the art LED Products. Responsibilities include design, tolerancing, fabrication, verification, and manufacturing of high volume LED Illumination optics
Experience and Skills:
•Must be familiar with all aspect of optical photometry measurements including color, Candela, lumen, CIE etc.
•LED lense design experience
•Solid foundation in Optic including understanding of Etendue, Ray Tracing, first order paraxial design principles, Aberrations, radiation and detection.
•Managing of working relationship with overseas CM for injection molding optics.
•Expert in either Lighttools or Zemax
•Familiarity with Solidworks a major plus.
•BS in Optics or greater preferred
