Supervises and directs employees and/or contractors working within gas engineering performing corrosion control functions. Oversees completion of all mandated corrosion control activities, communication and reporting of performance data and maintenance of corrosion records in the department.

Experience/Training:
At least 5 years of technical experience in gas and/or corrosion control.
At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
Thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Knowledge of gas system construction and maintenance practices, corrosion control techniques, underground pipe locating, map reading and construction proposal understanding.
Knowledge of state and federal pipeline safety regulations.
Certifications:
Valid driver’s license.
NACE training or certification is preferred.
Required Education:
High School Diploma.
Associates or Bachelors degree in a technical field preferred. |
