Supply Chain Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager who will support the entire flow of material within the Chippewa Falls' facilities, from receipt of a customer order to shipment of the order.

Responsibilities include:

Develop and implement a Vendor Management Program.

Design, implement and manage procurement reporting systems to contribute to the overall company metrics.

Oversee all contracts, bids, proposals and vendor agreements to ensure accuracy of price and acceptability of items to specifications.

Continually evaluate processes and methods, recommend measures to improve supply chain and performance of suppliers.

Provide overall management direction and leadership to department by offering performance feedback and conducting evaluations on time. Coach employees to develop critical skills, clearly communicating the organization's vision and strategies and helping the team translate those business strategies to their daily work.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or other related technical field

3-8 years' experience in a materials management or supply chain function

APICS Certification or progress toward obtaining certification

Proficiency of ERP/MRP applications of materials, sourcing, planning/scheduling and logistics technology preferred

Intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Office

Strong technical aptitude with ability to collaborate with engineers and vendors

Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills, and superior communication skills
