Job Description
§ Perform production support of photolithography and plasma etch processing for efficient completion of orders/WIP
§ Assisting Technicians with technical issues or problem resolution on WIP jobs;
§ Utilize metrology methods including Optical profilometry, AFM to characterize process results for direct feedback/ process control of photolithography and plasma etch processes
§ Coordinate and assure efficient completion of orders from Photolithography to Finishing;
§ Assist internal machine service personnel with troubleshoot errors/failures on existing equipment, assist with qualification of new equipment;
§ Update ERP system with transition of WIP through the production flow
§ As required, support development and documentation of new procedures
§ Perform documentation of manufacturing processes in photolithography and etching;
§ Train new employees and provide training for all employees on new or revised procedures;
Job Requirements
§ 4 year Degree in Engineering, Physics or equivalent experience, preferred;
§ 2 years prior professional experience with photolithography, etching research or production, 2 years with microoptics DOE/ROE fabrication, gray scale manufacturing in photolithography and etching
§ PC-proficient with standard tools (word processing, spreadsheet, etc.);
§ Organizing, excellent written and verbal communication;
§ Planning, problem solving, data collect/analyzing, prioritizing
§ Experience with metrology including SEM, AFM, and Optical profilometry
§ Knowledgeable of Cleanroom techniques and practices
