JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position is responsible for motion control and vibration isolation system of E-beam Defect
Inspection Tool for the state of art semiconductor fabrication techniques. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Integrate and debug control systems conjunction with our Scanning Electron Microscope, i.e. isolation system related issue study, system vibration test and analysis, and control system optimization and detailed simulation creating.
Keep improving performance and solving problems after system is installed on machine.
Responsible for HMI product’s system integration, tuning and troubleshooting
Write and update manufacturing manual
Provide field support
JOB REQUIREMENT:
MS in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautics and Astronautics or System Science with at least
2 years experience in high performance motion control system.
Strong knowledge and experience in active and passive isolation motion, vibration test strategy and platform setting up, and moving mechanisms and precision assemblies includes mechanical, servo system, electronics and software.
Able to interface with R&D engineers in a project intensive environment.
Good attitude of self-motivation, and ability to keep schedules for production.
Strong written communication skill in English. Bilingual in English and Chinese a plus.
