IntelliFinishing, a division of Kasa Companies, provides the newest innovation in industrial liquid and powder paint systems. A unique conveyor that offers more flexibility than traditional power and free. IntelliFinishing is currently looking for an Engineer to join our estimating and project team with creativity to develop finishing systems and material handling design.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Creating innovative material handling layouts for finishing system applications
•Analyzing customer requirements to determine system throughput
•Developing system specifications
•Managing quote development from concept to purchase order
•Creating cost reduction ideas and solutions
•Working with outside sales to satisfy customers
•Product development
Education/Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering technology, industrial engineering, or equivalent studies
•Minimum of 3-5 years experience in conveyor system design for unit handling applications
•Robot application experience is a plus
•Experience with power and free layouts is a plus; thinking outside the box is a must
•Knowledge of power & free and monorail conveyor systems a plus |
