Technical Production Operator role is essential in the production of membranes and products to be used in liquid separation systems. The operator is responsible to monitor a continous chemical process to produce a thin film composite membrane. The operator is responsible to conduct general troubleshooting and make adjustments to the process using chemical and mechanical technologies.. . Technical Production Operator -Job Requirements. Potential candidates must be: . safety conscious . abide by all workplace policies and procedures. able and willing to effectively communicate, share information, resolve issues, give and receive both positive and critical feedback in a respectful and professional manner, then move forward as a team to meet business and customer demands.. able to anticipate changes that will be required to complete projects. Independently motivated to produce results. Maintains productivity even in times of change. . able to effectively work with others . able to learn and successfully operate various mechanical machines, both manual and highly automated equipment . able to lift 45 pounds . able to read, write and comprehend documents in English . able to understand and prioritize business needs . able to understand, analyze and resolve technical problems in work area,. able to work shift and schedule where opening exists. . have a strong work ethic and able to remain productive in an empowered team environment. . have good technical skills to learn and grow, keeping current with new automation and technology operating both mechanical lift equipment and computer software programs. must be a punctual and have reliable attendance. able to obtain a special boilers license within (1) one year of employment. able to obtain forklift license within (6) six months of employment. possess advanced mechanical troubleshooting skills . able to pass pulmonary and respirator fit test Qualifications. Education/Experience. . . A High School Diploma or GED is required. A two-year technical/mechanical degree is a plus.. A two-year consistent work history with manufacturing experience is a plus.. . Compensation and Benefits . . Minimum Salary $2498/month USD ($14.41/hour, plus shift differential). Experienced hires will receive salary commensurate with education and experience.
