Tool & Die Maker/Machinist with at least 10 yrs experience to work in a Steel Can manufacturing plant in Lancaster SC.
Requirements:
> Must have ability to compute demensions, plan layout and sequence operation.
>Study specifications, use blueprints, sketches, models or visualize product to determine materials required.
>Able to operate lathes, milling machine, shaper and grinder.
>Experience with heat treating tools & parts.
>Ability to verify dimensions, plan layout and assembly method & sequence of operations.
>Must be shift flexible.
Qualifications:
>Tool & Die Maker must have at least 4yrs in formal apprenticeship program.
> Must also have machinist apprentice training
> Steel industry experience preferred
