Compiles, analyzes and reviews underwriting information on applications from potential clients for accuracy, changes, classification and compliance with underwriting guidelines.
Participates in the retention and production of business.
Rates risks for each product.
Provides timely and efficient service to insurers, brokers and internal clients.
Works closely with Underwriting Technicians, Marketing Representatives, Risk
Management Representatives and other company personnel.
BA/BS degree preferred with a minimum of two years insurance experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Property and Casualty Producers License or pursuit thereof required.
CPCU or RPLU designation or pursuit thereof preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of Insurance Industry and Healthcare Industry.
Strong communication, organization and customer service skills.
