| Job Description | Qualifications:
5+ years of experience
Bachelors or Masters in analytical or relevant fields (e.g. Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Insurance)
Strong critical thinking, quantitative, and creativity skills with ability to make and execute on data driven decisions
High initiative and intellectual curiosity
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with various groups and to represent Product
Management's interests
Strong analytical skills with solid understanding of insurance operations
Knowledge of actuarial techniques helpful
Knowledge of Workers Compensation and Commercial Lines of insurance a plus
ACAS/FCAS or CPCU a plus
Prior management experience a plus
